Furnace Radiant Tubes
Extruded Kanthal APM and APMT tubes are made FeCrAl alloys can be used for both electrical and gas heated furnace applications.
Tubes can be used up to 1250°C and are available in standart sizes from OD Ø 26 to 260 mm.
Kanthal tubes are also used as construction materials in different high temperature applications;
Radiant Tubes
Kanthal APM and APMT tubes can be supplied as ready to install to furnace with end cap, distance spacers and welded flange to almost any customer specification.
Kanthal APM and Kanthal APMT tubes has excelent mechanical properties, thus have several advantages compared to other tube materials;
- Higher temperature resistance
- Resistance to carburisation
- Good oxidation properties, protectsthe material to corrosion and chemical attacks
- Resistance to thermal shock
- Form stability
- Higher power output
- Longer life
Thermocouple Protection Tubes
Kanthal APM and APMT tubes can also be used as thermocouple protection tubes up to 1250°C for oxidizing, carburizing and sulphidizing conditions as well as for hydrogen containing environments.
Muffle Tubes
Kanthal APM and APMT tubes can also be used as muffle tubes up to 1250°C for oxidizing, carburizing and sulphidizing conditions as well as for hydrogen containing environments.
